no i am not dead. ive just been trying a few things.... ive noticed that nothing jams and clicks when its hot and sunny, but the minute its been raining. when i try to start it, it fucks up.. the rain is getting into somewhere in the bike, and it doesnt like it...possibly the wiring and like yous said, there could be problems with the wires from the starter etc..

ersan when i sent the starter clutch -
how long was the bike sat without being started before you fitted the starter clutch?
it started first time after it was fitted yes?
i really don't think it's anything other than the battery. can you borrow a known-to-be-good battery?

Re: xivlia's thread of nc30 problems and questions
either way - if the bike starts with a good battery then i would suggest replacing the 125 reg/rec for an original one and check all connections/wires in the charging system.
if it dosn't start with a good battery then i'd suggest trying a different starter salnoid

Get someone who knows these bikes well to come and help you find the problem, you'll learn a lot from them and it will save you keep buying parts getting frustrated with the bike.xivlia wrote:it sat for about 2 weeks but under shelter. and yes it started instantly. im gonna do some electrical testing before buying new components to see if everything is working correctly or not
Many times I find it helpful to have another set of eyes look at a bike thats busting my balls, as I often over-look things, especially having spent ages on the same problem.
