Clutch Problems

Post by Streetfighterz1000 »

Hello,
Just changed the clutch on my NC30, now when i go to pull the clutch in there is pressure but it wont let me pull the lever back to the handle bar and also i cant see the clutch plates being pushed apart when operating the lever, any adivce would be helpful. Also when i wheel the bike round in neutral it makes a tinny clinking noise any ideas?

Something isn't right?

Strip it again. Theres a good video on here on how to replace NC30 clutch plates.. have a watch and then start again, rebuild clutch, cable and then adjust cable as necessary.

Probably something is not sitting right in the clutch
