Head bearings what's the difference between oem and taper roller
What would people recommend and why

Also is there any difference in the upper and lower dust seal as dss only stock one which is labelled lower dust seal

Always replace the lower one as you'll most likely damage it when removing the lower race. The top dust seal is usially re-useabe (unless the rubber has perished)
