get a new strap and or hanger. It will fly off again if its not held on properly.

no dont weld. fill the gap as discussed above. :grin:

Hi everyone, i cleaned all the old exhaust paste off and applied the silicone seal yesterday. So far so good, just about to go out on nice long journey so we'll see how well it does, thanks again everyone. :grin:
