Nothing more to say really, if it's been organised it'll be here.

Do a list so you dont forget anything, food, water, fuel, kit, licence etc get everything packed and sorted the night before so you dont run round like a headless chicken on the morning before you set off.
Its a tiring day so try and get a good nights sleep
Just go at your own pace and build your speed up throughout the day, try to relax on the bike and breathe in the corners, dont look behind you or at your speedo.
Dont try and keep up with someone if they are faster than you, just ride within your comfort zone and ability and just enjoy the day, grab a instructor for a session, they are free so make the most of them.
Have a good day bud you will love it.

Track days are surprisingly tiring. Be prepared to miss the later sessions, I often skip the last one, especially at the beginning of the year. Monitor yourself, when you start to make mistakes, missing braking points, tipping in late/early etc, pull in and take a break.
That said the biggest danger is getting hooked.
Enjoy yourself and relax.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it 8-) Mallory is a lovely track and has a real good surface as it was only done about a year and a half ago.

Focused Events run a loyalty card scheme, it's worth asking for a card as I think you get a free trackday after 5 events.

I did my first track day on nc30 few weeks ago, the nc30 seems to be the perfect bike for it so forgiving and seems to stick to the track like glue never twitched once, deffinatly monitor your consentration levels through the day after lunch i was on the track and my mind started wondering i was missing brakeing points and running wide loads, couple in the same padock were experanced track goers i sat the next session out and they topped me up with water turned out i was dehydrated next session i was on form, so plenty of water after each session....oh also prepare to be addicted one of my road bikes is now up for sale to fund full track adventure got hooked!!!
