3TJ - good deal on carb manifolds ?

Yesterday i ripped out the carbs because my newly acquired bike has not been ridden the last 5 years or so (no wonder, has a hole in the crankcases...different story that), and as i had them out i noticed cracked rubberware down there too.


So when i checked around the internet, i found these, and just bought them, is the pricing OK ?

$126 is just under £80, which is a bargain
fowlers wanted about £36 + vat + delivery which worked out at just over £160 for the 4
needles to say i got a decent set of used ones

I think it's one of those situations where you need something so you buy it. I restored a 3EN2 and needed some down pipes, all I could find was a full system (from a 2TK SP) on a "buy in now" but I needed so I bought it. It was better than waiting for one to turn up.

yes sourcing parts sometimes is a pita, on the other hand, i sometimes just buy stuff because i think it´s cheap, and i might need it sometime.
Then there are times when i go through my boxes and stuff and stumble upon already forgotten parts and then i´m really happy.
