So I am disabled.
After what seemed like hours of cranking and plug cleaning, It was all in vain.
It all came down to a very simple oversight by me, Cbr starter motor clutches are riveted. Rvf starter clutches however bolt together under 28Nm of torque. At first I figured because I was a rush rattle gun butcher I had over torqued it and was putting to much resistance on the crank somehow. Nope. In haste I also assumed the three stud pattern bolted together in one way, it doesn't. It has a locating dowel thingo to sight through a hole. So my ignition timing was wayyyyyyyyyyyyywaywayway off.
Reassembled the starter clutch, put it all back. 0.5 seconds of starter motor and full choke and it crackled into life.
Morale of this is don't make assumptions or rush because you've done it a million times.
Bonus is I replaced the stator. I don't need new plugs.
I'm going to make the assumption this dowel should be for locating but it's flush with the clutch. It's either snapped or forced in. Who knows. Problem solved.
