SOLVED:
ok, this was a very unusual error with startup fuelling.
The choke plunger for rear 2 cylinders was not extending fully (less than a half I reckon). So, during warm up, rear cylinders were mildly warm after a 2 minutes, but front ones were hot. Bike tend to cut out during cold weather, as it was running only on 2 front cylinders during start up. So, from time to time, I've got intermittent running, but once warmed up, it was ok. It happened only while using choke. Once warmed, no problems.
I solved it (temporarily) by spacing out plunger bracket that pulls out enriching circuit on carbs. I used 2 nylon washers.
Otherwise, bike is running fine, I have also balanced carbs again after swapping new air filter and also added subair filter, as it was missing.
Thank you all for your helped through this, I am glad to be back on road again :)
Help! Starts, but dies 5 minute later
