Have you checked that the brake lever free play adjuster is not screwed out too far?

The clutch is fine, I have tested the brake binding with my bike on my ABBA stand with my Dad standing on the back wheel and me trying to rotate the front.

I have re-bled the brakes and anything I can think of, all seems to be pointing towards the calipers, which I will be dealing with on tuesday/wednesday.

Thanks for the input though ;)

It's that big knurled washer on the brake lever.....if it's screwed out too far the brakes won't release properly.

you can use a 10mm 6 point socket on the torx to split the calipers...
