Hope u soon start to feel better about it all...I told u the list of issues I've had, I've been so disheartened soo many times but the guys on here always keep me going :rocks:

Well im guna get the stator fitted tomorrow fire the bike up do the checks with new stator and regs, if all is good the ill be happy if ita stil bad then ill buy a new battery and wiring loom

I hope the stator tomoz when removed is black and crispy

yeah sorry i left mine 15 mins after i put that post up as had to be round a mates to plaster his shower room out ,
did you have any joy today with that mechanic ?

yeah £20 and around 10 mins later all is good

im slightly concerned though as the bike at the plug to stator only puts out 45v , shudnt it be above 50v?

45-50 volts is a nominal value, indicates that the stator is producing an output. Big test is whether stator produces power to run the electrics and charge the battery.
