nc30 chain query
hi guys,
i picked up a chain from a forum member and came to fitting it today. it appears to be too short by 1 link. Just wondering if i'm doing something wrong in the fitting here! i've got a 15 tooth front sprocket and a 40 tooth rear. if i buy one with fewer teeth would it fit and if so do i just need to go down 1 tooth (seems logical but something in my head is telling me its not that simple!)
Any assistance would be appreciated
Rich

Re: nc30 chain query
how many links is it? 104 would be OK and 106 might be slack..
Make sure the hub adjuster is set to the closest setting so that the axle is low in the hub..
It may be that it was a 104, got chopped off, and now is a 102...
