It is a very old pic - supposedly an RC30 that the Swedish police embedded into a car for some road safety shows.

Fits into that car pretty well...

I think it's from around 2003

I think this is what happened, the bike was removed to get the bodies out of the car but it was re-assembled for safety display.

The bike was going very quick and the car turned infront of its path to make a turn across the road, this caused the bike to hit the car, which flipped over the car. Everybody died.

they have that photo in Guildford fire station. When I look at it, it reminds me to slow the fek down on the roads.

it annoys me to see this, stupid fucking car drivers never pay attension to bike riders on the road. just 4 days ago an old bitch pulled out infront of me, if i hadnt sped up i would of hit into her. i stopped and walked over to the car, and she was almost crying cause she got such a fright. its her fault for not looking properly. and on the same day, this guy at the roundabout! my god how blind can you get! he was busy looking at the road to see if there is anything coming......I WAS COMING and he never saw me, so he starts to pull away! and i had to swerve and beep the horn. :x

xivlia this shit happens everyday ,you get used to it , you always have to be on the look out and read the road as though they aint seen you ,
(personally i think everyone should be made to ride a moped or bike for a year before being allowed to drive a car, maybe they might think a little bit more , but i doubt it )

trouble is most car drivers just pootle along in there own little bubble with not a care in the world, my missus is the same , just a few weeks ago we were off somewhere and she was driving along and i spot a pothole comming up then doof her nice brand new 18" wolfrace rim nice big chip in it , i say didnt you see that comming , she's like no i was'nt looking at the floor , FFS i said , on a bike you have to look at everything , the state of the surface of the road, black lines white lines gravel potholes oil, wet leaves etc etc , then you got to be alert you have to read the road signs yourself hunny , i aint got no one sat next to me telling me which way to go, and you have to look out for the toss pots that just dont see you , because basically your life depends on it , like i said above , ride a moped or a 125 bike for a year before you get in a car and i think people just might look that bit more as they would know how crucial it is

yeah, it should be compulsory to ride on a moped for a year before being able to ride a car id say!, your level of awareness is greatly increased after being on a bike and thats a fact. my girlfriend is the same. she keeps on telling me that driving a car is harder and requires more skill.... the fuck it does. like all the things you mentioned, wet road, pot holes, leaves, white lines etc etc. is ALL taken into account while riding a bike, i treat everything on the road as an enemy, so i avoid it all. and its keeping me alive so far. but in a car, you just sit down in your metal box and drive, all nice and comfy and warm, and not giving a fuck about anything on the road. =) -,-

To embed that deep the rider was obviously going way way too fast. If I look both ways at a junction, see a rider doing 30 100 yrds away (or a car) then its perfectly safe to pull out. But if there is nothing in that 100yrds or so then a rider doing 120mph comes along after I've already commited to pulling out based on a view of a clear road then I suppose it's still my fault? Its bull shit. Slow down ffs on the road and live longer.

Yeah car drivers can be tossers most of the time but speed was clearly a factor here.
