FWIW i removed my rubber flap yesterday and it made my bike breath better so much so i netted 5hp with stock cdi.
Whats the state of the fuel tap and vacuum hose?

Rick did you ride the bike without the flap or just dyno it?

took the flap out at dyno chucked in tank bag and rode a further 150 miles without it trouble free, also playing with andy (laminator) on motorway feel bad for leaving marcus now.Drunkn Munky wrote:Rick did you ride the bike without the flap or just dyno it?

Rick I don't have a clue , like I said yesterday that was the first time I'd ridden the bike once the oki is back together I will have the tank off it and have a look.

Strange animals these NC's
Marcus mine does that sometimes if i have the fuel tap in the on position, its fine on reserve.
