FWIW i removed my rubber flap yesterday and it made my bike breath better so much so i netted 5hp with stock cdi.

Whats the state of the fuel tap and vacuum hose?

Failing that check float heights

took the flap out at dyno chucked in tank bag and rode a further 150 miles without it trouble free, also playing with andy (laminator) on motorway feel bad for leaving marcus now.

Like i said to paul crm, yesterday all ncs are different some like it some done.

Ricks certainly seemed fine as him and laminator shot off I costed onto the hard shoulder ,

Rick I don't have a clue , like I said yesterday that was the first time I'd ridden the bike once the oki is back together I will have the tank off it and have a look.

Marcus mine does that sometimes if i have the fuel tap in the on position, its fine on reserve.
