School me: NC30 Wishbone Replacement
Ok, so I have either a '35 or an RO wishbone on my NC30 and I wish to change it back to standard.
What's involved, I'm ok with the spanners....just dont want any nasty surprises

Re: School me: NC30 Wishbone Replacement
Do you mean the dogbone links, or the suspension knuckle?
The only thing to really watch for is that (obviously?) you'll be needing to lift the bike on an ABBA stand or similar. Even axle stands under the rearsets would do it. Start the threads on any relevant bolts first, so you are less likely to knock the bike over. If it's just the dog bones you're referring too then maybe there's a way to do it without doing that, but I wouldn't risk it.
Clean and regrease everything you're putting back on, this is a great chance to give the linkage a little service.

Cheers job done now, I used a paddock stand and a ratchet strap on the rear sub frame suspending the bike from the garage roof, was trial and error at 1st but went well...have swapped out the dogbone link only
It had an RO dogbone and I have changed it back to standard.
