Number board decal for 1wg tail
Is anyone aware of a number board available for the 1wg tail,or has a member done this before?
Im thinking something that would stick over the existing decal as a quick fix incorporating a change of decal scheme.

Can you not just get a vinyl panel?
Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Do you mean a number board for racing? F400 is white numbers on a blue background. Easy enough if that's what you mean? Or am I getting it totally wrong

Have a word with http://www.01racefx.com/ he can make a number board to your shape. You should be able to put it on "wet" with water and a little washing up liquid let it dry overnight and it should be good to go.

Thanks Boris, just had a quick look at the site looks interesting, quality kit. Ill give em a shout and check their pricing.
Thunderace- thanks for that. I have fairings to get painted in a close to original paint and thought id try something temporary on the tail to cover the genesis blue and red bit, a cover up if you like. I know just how tricky it is to remove 20 yr old stickers without wrecking everything. The idea is cover up and remove back to standard whenever.

if it's going to be repainted, why not just sand it smooth then drop your new sticker over the top, then you wont get it showing through as an outline?

I think the idea is that it won't be repainted so he wants a semi permanant sicker over it.

Yeh i only wanted to paint the main fairing as the headlight and tail plastics are good and at some point ill want to return to original to sell on, hopin to use a fairly cheap but non permanent solution to update during my ownership.
