Wow. Double want. The one that got away. The missing link of my bike evolution.
Looks like it's fresh out of the time capsule, vacuum sealed bubble wrap cocoon. Nice. Good luck fellow UK members.

Trouble is as a 'wheeled round mileage only' bike as soon as you ride it a chunk of the value is lost.
It would live in a display case in our living room if we got it...
Then we'd have to get another one[1] to ride. :D
Oh and then we'd have to get an RC30. :D
I only wish I could afford them.

[1] My wife's 'ultimate' bike was the NC35, now she's got 1 (well three but lets not quibble) her 'ultimate' bike is an RC45...

You are right about low mileage classic/ collectors bikes.fastdruid wrote:Trouble is as a 'wheeled round mileage only' bike as soon as you ride it a chunk of the value is lost.

Your wife has taste, I rode an RC45 again yesterday [ and a kitted RC30 ] and they are such a delight to ride. I may even buy one at last. I am fed up waiting for an overpriced UK NC30 to turn up.
Dave. Undecided.

Seller has zero feedback and is in Bogota, Columbia. Sketchy at best.

I think he is genuine.
The bike was owned by a drug dealer that was caught and the bike seized, then sold via auction to a Columbian Embassy official.
The present owner rebiult it and offers it for sale.
Dave.

Oooh, I thought somone on here may know the owner, or at least live local!
How about we all chip in a few quid and do a group buy :D Then all we have to do is find an NR750 (RC40) and my dream-bike list will be sorted :)
