Jetting recommendations

Post by Riley »

Hope someone can help, I'm after some decent base settings for my bike before it goes off to the dyno. First off it's an nc30 with a foam washable filter, vfr carbs with the drilled slides and raised needles, and an ethos half system with freshly bead blasted standard headers. Otherwise standard. Any help appreciated, I assume I'll need to contact Rick Oliver to get the correct jets, cheers Paul.
Need any used Nc30 parts? Want to fit a Ducati front end to your Nc30? If so give me a shout.

You will be looking at the classic 118 F and 120 R setup mate.

As long as your airbox is standard too..

rised needles and drilled slides will make it very rich low down, maybe you could lower the needles back to stock 0.5mm and 118/120 jets for a good fair start.
i'd be very interested to hear the out come but.
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....
