New Bike.

Post by woodsman » Sat Feb 25, 2012 10:46 pm

Just filled up my 1990 nc30 today for the first time, and it was a fantastic 175kms from the tank. The first thing i would like to change is the standard exhaust. I don't want very loud or more power just something a bit fruity.
Will i have to rejet when i do this or will that depend on what i put on it ?. I think the k model i have has different jets from later models. Bike runs fine so if i can i'd be happy to leave well alone for the moment.
Thanks in advance.

Is the original exhaust worth keeping? Should i try to resist hacking it to bits. The heat shield on mine is a bit scraped rest of it looks fine.
NC's are fun . I swapped a vfr800 for mine and so far it's all good.
