this is more of a question for racers i guess, but how light can u get a nc35 down to ??

I would say 145kg fully fuelled (15 L), still keeping the singlesided swingarm and standard fueltank position (but running a alloy tank).
If you go all out and fit a bespoke double sided swingarm (giving oppportunity to fit a BST carbon wheel and lighter axle arrangement) and go for a smaller fuelcell, I guess that a wet weight of 135-137kg is realistic.
But just to reach 145kg would cost an arm and a leg, I currently down to 163kg (wetweight) and the carbon, titanium, magnesium and bespoke alloy parts are already put into play. I have spend around two new CBR6's on this NC (in UK money, in danish money about 66% of one).
But weight loss is addictive (does that make me anorectic???) and you'll soon work overtime just to fund a single new part.

i'm sure slim fast will help get some weight off the bike but i run a total loss system on my race bike, don't know how much weight that saves but i'm gonna be getting a light weight rear subframe,lightweight wheels, then try and go through the bike and save what i can, shame ive not got a mega budget to get a carbon bike lol

Well, mine is down to 152kg (without tank) inc oil and water.
I haven't spent much on lightweight parts.

@ adam24, by bespoke, I mean custom made, to your own specifications. I wouldn't do it, since I really like the single arm. But Spondon, Harris or the likes would be able to do you one, at a price.....!!
@ Tarmac, is it a track only bike? Does it have lights, starter, sidestand and chargingsystem still fitted? If I measured mine the same way it would be 146.5kg (no tank or fuel, like old GP bikes are measured. The I could remove all the road bits (like in my above question) and it would be 138kg. I'm not taking a dig at you, just trying to underline that it takes some effort getting the weight REAL low.
My target weight (with a 52/48 front/rear bias as priority) is 150kg wet weight fully road legal.
And to all the "stop eating pies", well being a skinny guy on a goldwing doesn't give you the same control as a fatty on 125cc bike.... And in my own case, I really can't afford to lose any weight since it would mean loss of musclemass=loss of bike control and endurance.
Rallykays post is great by the way, if it only tell you one thing, then let it be that Nitron makes the lightest aftermarked shocks availeble.
