from what i have seen, R&G seem to be the only branded crash bung around.
Few guys have the none drill type which i think are a great job.

iv just ordered a set of non drill r&g's for my nc30 as they seem to be the best in the market and are one of the only companies i trust with my fairing and frame

The R&G's are a PITA to use as you need to remove them every time you want the fairing lowers off.

But they do work.

Caution.
They can work, and it's good to see that RVF pic, Druid.
However, as you see they bend, and I've seen them bend enough to press into and crack the fairing on someone's bike.
So, in a crash, you can have paid for them and end up having to replace them as well as the fairings anyway.
But it's all about insurance - you'd probably be less likely to have damaged fairings, but don't count on it...
Some people just save the money for the next set of fairings / track fairings instead.
Hope you never have to test this!

Personally I feel they protect against the 'oops' falling over at standstill and silly <20mph spills more than anything else and they give the chance that less will be damaged in a fairly big off.

You can buy the parts from R&G to replace bent/scuffed bungs, ISTR it cost 37quid for bolt, spacer, crash bung mount and bung. You'll need to cut them off if the bolt bends though otherwise it'll scrape the bodywork removing it.

That pic btw was the aftermath from my wife losing it into the first left of Hall bends at cadwell park, knee down so she wasnt exactly hanging around either. The bar weight and exhaust also got scraped and the gearchange lever broke.
