Was like that the first/only time i went there and thought it was a fast/scary track especially in those conditions.
That visor looks mega dark.
It always rains at Oulton at some point during a race/track day, its the law!! It was VERY wet for first 2 sessions, amazing dryed up later, just to rain again and then dry again in half an hour, was only about 3c all day as well, weird weather for sure.

I dont do clear visors, use dark tint even in the rain.

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

rest of the day was with Ali and loitering around the pit wall with my business partner and his mrs trying to explain why she cant just go buy a bike and turn up and "have a go"
Yeah was there with her, Blonde hair and blue hat thing on a and blue coat, most probably looking cold, but she was very helpful and was even happier when she realised she had free brews all day.

haha god no i didn't know any of them, felt a bit of a dick to be honest, set off at 5.30 from mine and got to Oulton at 5 to 7 thinking i'd be able to get a garage, but there was a massive queue to get in the gates, anyway we were a bit clueless as ive never even been to watch a trackday so didnt really know what to do, but wanted a garage as i'd seen the weather forecast.

So followed everyone else in, which was nearly a race in itself!!! and found an empty parking space behind one of the garages with only 3 bikes in, nipped in an asked if there was room for me then moved in, next to the two fastest lads in fast group, bugger!!!

Felt ever so slighty out of place to be honest considering i didnt even have a front paddock stand to change to my wets with haha!! but they were dead good and helpful so fair play to them.

No bother about not saying hello though Paul, i'll be booking another down at Oulton so will no doubt catch up with you at some point.
