Not start but firing

hi people,

wondering if you can give me a little advice my cbr400 nc23 not start but firing and back firing ive checked the ht leads.. got a spark on all four cylinders , plugs are good, checked all connections theyre fine , ive heard it can be the timing but i havent touched anything to do with timing is this possible?? :(

are the HT leads on the correct plugs?

yes i heard that before aswell so i checked it tuesday and everythings where it should be im confused

are you %100 sure?

I dont know about the 23 but the 29 is left coil plugs 1 & 4 right coil plugs 2&3

coils on 23 left to right are 1-4-3-2, put them in that order should sort it out

yeah 100 percent sure and its the same with the nc23 coils 1/4 on left 2/3 on right
