3tj fairing on to a 3en2
Hi all, has anyone fitted a 3tj fairing on to a 3en2 model? Was looking at changing to get away from them silly MPF bulbs. Or are there any other lights that will fit the 3en2 (slanted type) that take standard H7 or H4 bulbs?

The problem is the 3TJ bulbs are just as spazzy.
However help is at hand in the shape of the FZR1000 Exup. They should bolt straight in, not sure if the block connectors just fit together but it should give twin H4 ... which is nice.
These seem reasonable

Ah, yeah, but .... the 3EN2 has shaped headlights so they sit flush with the fairing whereas the 3EN1 has flat lights.

Thanks guys, I emailed about the 1000 exup lights and they use the same bulbs as mine. Do the later model exup use the H4's?

Sh!t .... opps sorry.
I think the UK exup uses an H4, so do the TRX and FZR600 with the same trapezoidal headlight. The problem will be with the 3TJ fairing being a different shape, they're shorter at the steering head than the 1WG. There was a FZR600 that used the trapazoidal light and that could be a fit to your bike. I would say look for an FZR 600 top fairing and lights the earlier flat style lamps should take H4 bulbs. I owned a FZ600 with twin headlights and H4 (55/60w) and the lights were fine.

Fecking good bikes them FZ600s. I've had six of them, and raced two of those. Bullet proof.Evilchicken0 wrote: I owned a FZ600 with twin headlights and H4 (55/60w) and the lights were fine.

I was a kid and hung off it everywhere
They were voted best handling bike in the year they came out just taking it from the NS400R and also very quick on the roads (back then) point to point. I loved mine even if it was a crude aircooled lump, and it had a powerband
