Honda sp2 shock Upgrade?
Scouting Ebay as many of us do and saw a honda SP2 shock advertised as an upgrade for an NC30 ?
Is this right?
If so has anyone done it and what was the outcome.
Shock solutions for the XL male would be appreciated. I am looking to buy but dont want my pants pulled down by the price say £200 ish
Bugger it
height 6 foot
weight 17 stone
I know you pity my bike and probably me for cramming on but they are just so much fun.
I would appreciate honesty if £200 aint going to do it I will wait, I want the right solution.

i wouldn't waste £200 on it and i'd put an extra £100 or so to it and ring rick oliver

Re: Honda sp2 shock Upgrade?
Royster is spot on. The SP1 shocks are too long and cause grief with the external res on top of them.

Re: Honda sp2 shock Upgrade?
no bother R/R...i just wouldn't want someone wasting £200 when i know rick can do the business with his contacts plus it keeps him going so he can develop more parts
the other thing you could try ,and i don't know what budget it would come under, is the rs250 shock mod, mark could tell you more about it than i could as i think i'm right in saying he has it done to #9 ....
