3 spoke 17 inch rear wheel to fit NC23

As Tanuki said no, unless you want to spend a fortune.

It is possible to use an NC29 rear, it's not exactly a straight swap but is pretty simple if my memory serves me, also I believe the front wheels are interchangeable, so you could have matching wheels and a 17 rear on the 23. I will probably end up doing this at some point.

I'm just away to do the nc29 wheels on my 23 i got hold of rear wheel, Sprocket carrier, cush drive rubbers, 29 rear brake disk and 29 spindle and spacers. I believe the caliper holder has a couple of dimples that need ground off to get it to fit. The front is just a swap over.
