i still havent got over the trauma of building my system yetbut i do still have a stock of Ti tubing for the job,i can also make you a silancer any size you require....i will sleep on it.
Sleep well, friend! Check out Rossi's 2008 M1, the silencer I want is something similar to the Termignoni they were running. And of course, I want the link pipe cone welded from very short titanium sections of increasing diameter...must also clear the swing arm, and then point the silencer ever so slightly inwards. I guess I'll be able to get it done in another year or two

Just had to see how it'll all look with the SP swinger on. Some trimming of the side panels to better follow the lines of the seat unit and I'm happy with it. Sorry for the weird photo angle, courtesy of my ridicoulously small shed...

Just realized a funny thing: what I like about the small RVF is really just the engine. And to be aable to use an engine you need a frame to harbour it. The NC35 frame happens to fit great, and also people say it's great one geometry-wise, and rides like a dream on track.

Well, now that I take a look at this thing, it seems those two parts are all that's left of the '35... :o

Beautiful work. That tail is absolutely perfect. In my head that's how I wanted my RS125 tail on my 29 to look. But I don't have the skills you have so I will have to settle for what I have.

Truly inspiring bike.

Hehe...just a pair of 90 degree steel plates to fit a piece of wood when the mouldmaking begins. The cut-out seat area will be removable by dzus fasteners, and the fuel filler cap will be just under my behind.

For Chad to think about...not the greatest pic, but that was all I had.

Thanks everybody for all the nice comments! Of course I'll post a "first crash report", but at this pace we'll all be old men when that day comes...
