Do you mind me asking why?

There are a number of things to check for, rounded bolts by ham fisted previous attempts and your gasket tearing when you remove the cover, if this happens you will have to scrape off all the old gasket and replace with new.

No need to remove the timing plugs either, and make sure when it goes back the clutch actuator thing is in place.

no the timing plugs are the 14 and 30mm plugs you mentioned, you dont need to take these out they are only there so that you can do things like valve clearances without having to remove the casing.

and yes you will need to unplug the stator wire

Done that myself many times, bought one of these at my local garage, works on most bits dropped into the bike, well worth it.
