When you say the power isn't amazing, what are you comparing it to?
The aftermarket airfilter would be the first thing i'd ditch and put all that back to standard.. these bikes take lots of fiddling around to get setup with different airfilters and hardly ever make anymore power.
Have you had it dyno'd?

im comparing my bike against another rvf... non amazing power here i mean is that the power is really weak at the low and mid range i have got to drag my gear above rpm 7 in order to get that power in...
