Re: Gallery
Hi Guys,
I've been a member on here for a while now after getting an NC30 when I was 18 which I chopped in for an R6.. Got rid of the Yam about 3 years ago and went off bikes for a bit due to work but was soon scouring the country on the weekends for a top notch RVF (can't resist the V4's). Found this one not far from where I live, shes a 1998 RT model and I was told it was one of two imported into DK motorcycles from Japan (it has a MPH speedo). The guy I bought it off directed me to this site made by the owner before him http://www.rvf400.co.uk. If any of you know the first owner I would love to get in touch. Not ridden it for a while so just treated it to a SP-2 master cylinder to match the calipers as it wasn't quite up to scratch with the standard m/c and a fuel race can (will post some pics up when it arrives) don't want to trick it up too much as I really like it standard.

Yep - Currently making about 65hp with the FCR's, but I'm still trying to track down the needles Chris suggested. Haven't raced it yet with them fitted though as on the way back from the Ozzy's dyno I crashed my van pretty hard with the bike in the back. I need to fix up the bike a bit before I can get back out againmontsta56 wrote:Cheers Lukelukemillar wrote:Whoa, coincidence! My paint scheme only lasted till your last crash as well!montsta56 wrote:

Rothmans scheme looks pretty sweet dude!
ahh yeah sorry bout that bro .
When you out next on your beast?? Has Ozzy had a chance to dyno your bike yet??

Going to try for the next round of the summer series in Jan, but also have an engine build on the go, so am keen to finish that up as well!

Re: Gallery
G'day All,
From a small town called Adelaide, here is my little RVF.
All original fairings, only a few mods: RO jack-up plate, Tyga full exhaust system (removed heat shield), MOSFET Reg/Rec
Future mods: rebuilt NC30 rear shock, new 0.85mm fork springs and oil, SP1 front brake calipers and master cylinder
And some piccy's: (she's a little bit dirty)

Cheers!
Ben.
