Post by leerc » Thu Nov 10, 2011 10:00 am

on ebay they are selling lil plug in devices that go between the speedo cable and the speedo itself, my question is are these going to be accurate or am i better or buying the stickers to go over the glass

Stickers are a quick and easy solution (cheaper too) but they can look unsightly. I've seen the speedo converters and I'm thinking of getting one for my own import (a CBR750 Hurricane).
My NC21 has a digital speedo BTW.

you can change the dial to an mph one as well

my rvf has km dial and it just has 3 small yellow stickers to indicate 30, 50 and 70 mph - fine for me

(used to have an NC30 which I changed the dial to an mph one too)

the little devices are great! im running one on my nc30
itss simple to fit, only takes a minute!
then the speedo reads in mph and they provide mph stickers to cover the bit that says kmp on the clock
they are bang on with the accuracy too
the 1 i got is by a company called motrax and can be bought brnad new off fleabay for about £25 posted
