Reg / Rec Issue?
Give you a bit of back ground, went out one night for a ride ast April and gave the bike a good clearing out, I ran out of petrol therefore stopped and switched to reserve, I then started the bike and it ran quite rough.
I changed the battery as that was funked and gave the plugs a clean. I have some brand new spark plugs sat next to my bike but don't want to fit them if they aren't the issue. I checked the sparks and they are all sparking fine.
Could it be the reg / rec? We also have a CBR600F here, and I'm led to believe the reg / recs will fit from those? Is it just a simple case of swaping them over just to try them before I fork out for a new one?
Cheers,
Dan

you can use the following guide to see if you are suffering charging problems.
http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/pdfs/Tro ... G-&-RR.pdf
search reg/rec CBR in the advanced search section, highlighting the V4 workshop section
this should answer the cbr fitment question
