Easytrack trackday packages

Post by corky304 » Tue Nov 08, 2011 3:55 pm

My wife has just bought me the gold trackday package, 8 trackdays (PLUS 1 free if you book before 16th Nov) with easytrack, who in my opinion are the best out there at the moment and you can use these over 3 years.
works out £69 per trackday...for Oulton/brands in peak season if you wish !!!!!

At the Oulton trackday the other week they allowed the groups to mix, ie fast could go out with inters, inters could go out with with fast or novice and novice could go out with inters. so you had 40 mins in every hour on track !!
and as they limit their numbers to a lot less than other trackdays there is plenty of room on track. average 30 riders per group at oulton...

Easytrack trackdays packages

Any 3 trackdays for £329 - Any 5 for £489 - Any 8 for £629

First off - trackdays are bad enough without those not fast enough (but think they are) being allowed to mix with those that are. They not only ruin it for faster riders but they are a liability too. Similar, idiots who think its cool to overtake the entire field twice in 20 minutes so they go out in the novice group when they should be in inter or fast are as bad. Complete liabilities.

Second - any company offering trackdays at £69 per day at tracks like Brands and Oulton are not going to be a company for long. They will go out of business. Especially if they are deliberately limiting numbers to allow you more space on track.

Is this guy a multi-multi-millionaire who can afford to throw money away?

i agree that mixin the groups is a bit of a wank idea, im a novice and i know it and the last track day i did at cadwell they let everyone out and besides being very self consious of my shit-ness on a 400 and beeing over taken alot i was nervous about it aswell there are groups for resons, they should stick to it..

i think they'll be fine, (the company) how many track-day-ers have 650 quid to blow on that many trackdays at once, most of the ppl unless serious about doin a bit of raceing would surely book the ones they want a few months in advance one at a time?
