its an early BMW cant think what model, but it was the start of there boxer engines,

why would you want to FI a Classic bike, it would lose value, these bikes dont need anything doing apart from TLC.

you sure its not a guzzi? it looks a bit too V like to be a bmw. My other thought was a sunbeam but the cylinders look wrong.

For what it`s worth, it`s Japanese (look at the styling!) and it is a late 1950s 250 Lilac V-twin...
