Rider weight and height for NC35
I should hopefully be getting my licence back soon so I can ride my NC35 for the first time. There is something I am worried about though. I am 6'2" and about 17 stone, am I too tall and heavy for an NC35?

Re: Rider weight and height for NC35
The main thing I am worried about is if I put too much stress on the subframe as I am pretty heavy?

Have had combined rider and pillion weight of over 140kgs (22 stone) with no sub frame problems.
Might want to check the suspension out though!

Re: Rider weight and height for NC35
I'm 6'3" and have no problem riding the 35. The bars are a little too close to be honest but I'm used to it, it's bigger than my old 250. And no, 17 stone is about 110kg, you are not putting too much stress on it. Think about it, pillions get on it and they sit 3 times as far back from the mounts as the rider, hence the same amount of force applied from a pillion is 3 times greater than the rider.
It can support the weight. But yeah, look into suspension upgrades.. The rear shock will be severely under sprung.
