UPDATE!
It is a while since I started this thread, so I thought I'd give an update on progress.
I fitted (aftermarket) mains - all 115s to replace the RO supplied 115/118s which I felt made the bike run too rich. The bike was originally fitted with original 110s all round & ran too lean.
When fitting the 115 jets I also placed all of the needle retainers allowing the hole in the base of the slide to show - it seems no one has picked up on the fact they can be reinstalled in 2 positions. I believe they
do make a difference to the troublesome 6-7k flatspot area.....
The bike instantly felt better it felt
right, the flat spot at 6-7k had all but gone & the engine pulled stronger above 10k.
She's now had a full winter service; all bearings stripped greased, all fluids changed, new plugs & (genuine) filters & valves done. Apart from the mains & pilots set to 2.25 turns (too lean with 2 turns) everything is stock settings, original exhaust & genuine Honda air filter
Here's the latest dyno run - it doesn't look that much different from the 1st runs but does show a slight improvement throught most of the rev range & doesn't compare to the difference on the road & in real world conditions.
Sure the bike is running quite a bit leaner to the previous run & feels better for it. Much sharper & crisper

Ps; the bike won't be going back to Quill (Golborne) - as when the Dyno guy was wheeling it out of the workshop he crunched one of the mirrors on a door frame

slightly bending the screen brace & cracking a chunk out of the screen - he didn't seem overly apologetic & said I'd be able to get one from ebay......
Clumsy fecker
A free dyno run was the only consolation. Great
