RVF seat with NC30 tank

I will be fitting a complete RVF rear end to my NC30 this week, does anybody know how it attaches at the front at the top? The RVF seems to push into the tank but the nc30 has a bracket in the way.

Any advice would be great.

Just dont use the front fixings, it works fine

4 bolts are enough to hold it on
