trying to help out a guy by finding him a set of restriction washers, anyone got any or know of any?

does anyone know if these are th same on 3tj carbs as 3en1?
i dont have a set of carbs to measure anymore!
carb rubbers internal dia, and the external diameter of the carbs and inlet on the engine.
