Ok, ill try that aswell. what kind of alterations would i need to make? Re-install the restrictors in my toolbox and keep the dyno?

As hade suggest it might be worthwhile removing them and then try out again, it could something as silly as that, the NC30s are funny things my carbs are a testiment to that!

Yeah sounds like a good place to start really, was just hoping it was something easily fixed with the carbs still on!

Possibly installed the carbs incorrectly or dislodged something if you used force to put them on

an already rich setup would become far too rich when restricted.

Problem sorted, one of the carbs (front right, near impossible to even see!) Wasn't seated right! Refitted the carbs and she runs fine now! Runs like it should without cutting out when I turn off the choke!
