They might make a slight bit of different at full WOT but i doubt there will be any noticeable difference

Just as a point on these slides, both Ricky and I have NC24 slides, mine have 2 holes, his only have the 1, which are closest to HRC slides for an NC30?

The two holed NC24 slide is the same as the HRC slide. Cool, looking at a page on Akhara the HRC slide has 2 holes, as per this picture (came from a set of full HRC carbs)
