What size are 115 & 118 jets in terms of millimeter. Gonna order some new ones from wemoto, as they're pretty cheap so will rule them out. Im guessing its not as simple as 115 - 1.15mm?

Have you had a look at the dyno-graph on page one?kevprojex wrote:what colour is the smoke ??? , if its got a blue colour its burning oil , white is normal on start up but should clear unless head gasket problem , black smoke is down to major over fueling .Snark wrote: Dunno if its wishful thinking but it does seem a tiny bit less smokey but still seems to smoke
if its burning oil or over fueling it could be fouling the plugs hence the power loss .
Goes off the charts rich from 4k onwards...
What needles are in it? Are they seated properly and not raised?

Re: Dyno chart - MEGA rich!!!
Just out of intrest would the power figure from the dyno be at the wheels or crank? I assumed crank it would be a crank figure. Also anyone know the rough % lost through chain/sprocket?

At the wheels...seeing as it was on a rolling road and not an engine dyno bench.

Re: Dyno chart - MEGA rich!!!
Well been riding for the last few days after fitting so R. Oliver jets 115 and 118s it seemed fine to begin with and ran well although today it was defiantly running rich again. When I fitted the jets I checks all the floats and they were spot on when I finished.
Have standard needles and I think they are still have the extra needle, Although I've got a feeling I took them out to put them back to standard.

Are you measuring the 2.25 turns on the A/F screws from fully screwed in ? And have the carbs balanced properly ? What size are the pilots ?
