anyone have any information on micron systems?
Have one on my other nc and wanted to see some pics to make sure it is one .

Had a couple, very curvy on rear pipes and if is full system the rear headers are a nightmare and full system is about 12 sections, all sprung connections, uses not part of standard system, even head mounts are sprung.
Nice but very complex.

I have a full micron system,I also have fitting instructions cos boy you will need them,nightmare to fit.

Here's some pics of mine,Needs a good Clean.




Carburation.
Two induction arrangments are covered here:
1 retaining the standard air box but removing the air filter and opening the inlet area of the box to 82x55mm.
2 Using the honda carburettor kit but retaining standard bellmouths.
boyh arrangments are with the standard camshafts.
1 With standard air box with enlarged inlet area increase main jet size 125 front and 122 rear.
2 Using Honda carburettor Kit including short Bellmouths
recommended settings Pilot jet 38
needle 8zj
main jet 200 (2.0mm drill)

Thats not same as one o had, mine was in about 13 separate sections, all spring mounted.

I was going to fit this half system but thought it looked abit on the short side, could anyone tell me if they think it has been cut or is there a section/link pipe missing?
