Checking spark by observation can be misleading. Is there a problem with how the engine runs?

Improper battery voltage can cause a weak spark, but you would have weak everything IMHO... E.g. dim headlights, dim speedo lights etc.

Get a decent Multimeter, pull your leads and coils off, and measure their resistance's.
Check your spark plug gaps, it'll take you no more than an hour to do everything.

Are your spark plug's fitted properly, are the threads clean and earthing out correctly?
