Whilst that looks wicked... it's a nc23 aero (I think - see the fins on the barrels) with 600RR forks, swingarm, fairings, exhaust and some weird and wonderful radial brake conversion. Is he not now at the point where it would have been cheaper / easier / better to just buy a 600RR?

edit:

I have just noticed, that in the top picture it has what looks like a tri-arm engine and a white rear wheel, and in the others it has black wheels, and what looks to me like an aero engine, with superfour side covers. Did it go bang?

No..you can see the hideous slab of ally being used as a bracket.

While I appreciate the work that's gone into the bike I have to ask why go to all that work and expense, the 600 swingarm has done nothing except facilitate the fitting of an underwear exhaust.

It's just a slow 600R rep.

No, you need fabricate plate as platform for rearset. To be open any rearset can be fit this way.

This is not a discussion - are this reasonable or pricey. The main point - it's possible. What kind of benefits you can get - not much, except looks. I have ducati 749s, but in same time I'm fitting fuel injection to NC29. Are this reasonable? Not. Are the pricey? Yes. But this is funny... and interesting.. and I got experience I would never get simply riding the bike.

By the way. Engine takes from NC31 CB400SF as I see.

if any rear set can be made to fit. How do you go about the gear rod and brake light switch etc? Surely you'd need custom ones of those?

Gear rod can be easily made longer or shorter. For the brake light can use following http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Motorcyc ... _831wt_939
