Fs2 shock

Can someone please tell me whether a fs2 cbr600 2002 shock would give me a better ride in my cbr nc29. Cant find anything saying if its uprated or not

I don't know that it will fit, peeps commonly fit the cbr600 f3 shock and linkage.
