What is the hole that isn't the pilot jet or main? At 4 o clock to the pilot in the picture?

I'm on a strip down/clean everything again routine and would like to knowwhat it is, no mention in Haynes etc

Yep phil x is onto it. I cleared that through with a piece of fine wire and it finally meant i had a functioning choke.
