My Riding days are over, for a while at least
This happened to me yesterday, luckily walked away with only muscle damage.

Dude, that looks nasty. I had a similar accident, though at lower speeds from the looks of that photo.
I trashed my spleen, and damaged my gear lever ankle, so if you got out with muscle damage, you need to get your lottery numbers paid up.
