PIC REQUEST - VFR750 Wheel Conversion
VFR750 Rear wheel conversion on a NC30.
Anyone got pics of this mod?
Also, will there be enough adjustment on an RS250 shock to off set the loss of ride height going from 18" to 17" or will I have to drill a new hole/get an RVF linkage?
Thanks all

Re: PIC REQUEST - VFR750 Wheel Conversion
I kinda have a pic as seen below - But the best person to speak to is Rick O.
He does the conversions of rear hubs on an exchange basis, and will be able I expect to tell you if the RS250 shock is adjustable enough!

If you have the later rs250 shock then you should have more than enough adjustment to offset the drop in wheel diameter.

hey hadies have you already bought the hub conversion ? if not might be worth contacting jacknell not too far up the road from you. whilst i visited him a month or so back, he showed me a rather interesting way of modding the nc30 hub to take a machined centre vfr750 wheel which retains the 30 wheel nut system. must say was impressed by what he done and fully tested on his sons race bikes using this system without any issues .Hadies wrote:VFR750 Rear wheel conversion on a NC30.

Thanks for the info guys.
That swinger is lovely Smev.
Dave - I've not bought the kit yet. Just wanted to know how it looked on the bike. I'm just considering all my 17" wheel options at the minute.
