NC23 HRC Derestrictor
Just got this today. its an HRC derestrictor for the NC23. It appears to be just like the VFR400 one but has the HRC code NKB instead of NKA on the back.
I never knew they did one for the NC23 and it is not listed on the 88 HRC parts manual I have so I suspect that this was intended for the 89 model that was restricted and that there must be an 89 HRC parts manual aswell.
And I know it is just a derestrictor and this can be done many other ways but I bought it as I was curious and have never seen one before (and I'm a bit of an HRC slut I must admit)

Got it from Japan and good luck finding one, I didnt even know they existed until I found one!

I have managed to find another one of these derestrictors, its slightly different than the other one in that it has a sticker on it instead of HRC stamped on it (looks much like the NSR250 MC18 ones of the period) but is definately an HRC unit as its stamped NKB:
