Grief urgent help needed

been working on bike today and had planned to change sump as i have a leak anyway cut a long story short the outside exhaist studs snapped after trying the usual i decided to cut them of and drill them , i have managed to drill 1 (just about ) but the other 1 i can get barely started i have drop to small drills but still no joy ......

Anybody got any advise or is it and engineering job now

If i have to take it to an engineers can u buy headgaskets individually

You need the right type of drill bit and a high torque, low speed drill.
