92 400 EXUP CAN IT TAKE THUNDER CAT ENGINE???

I have the chance of a cheap project bike in the making...a 92' FZR EXUP 400 RR.
I would like too know b4 i buy, could i put in a THUNDER CAT 600 engine?
Anyone out here know?
